If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Went to get a cold brew and americano for the ride back home with my husband. Our order was taken by a snobby employee that claimed that americanos and cold brews were the same thing because of the way their "super expensive" and "high quality" ground control machine pulls their batch coffee. Instead of telling us that they ran of espresso, she proceeded to pretentiously tell us that "if we knew coffee, we would know that cold brews and americanos are the same thing." Having experience in serving coffee for the past 11 years, this is the first time I have heard this. Not only do they not have an espresso machine, they are claiming that what is on their menu is incorrect by serving cold brew and americano separately especially if they believe they are the same thing. Their drinks taste like burnt drip and their service is a 0/10. Please don't insult your customers' knowledge as you try to make up for your lack of knowledge. The bonus was that she saw our insulted faces and gave us a larger cold brew as if that would make this experience any better.

First time here and was welcomed with the best service by Ashley. My wife and I stopped by after picking her up and Ashley gave us great recommendations. I tried the blueberry donut and it was sweet, delicious, and every bite was berry-ful😋 I dont usually eat donuts but when youre in Santa Barbara for quick stop, this is the place to go to get your refill before the tiring journey home. I am starting to believe that Lilys donuts is the only donuts that I enjoy as dunkin/Krispy Kreme is just overly saturated with sugar. This one's got the perfect level and its savory with every bite.
